🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

At LuxeLoom Wigs, all products are inspected and carefully packaged before shipment. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we operate a strict return policy.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, or hair extensions once an order has been delivered.

 

This policy applies to all human hair products for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Exchanges (Limited & Conditional)

 

We may approve an exchange only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

                         The item is unused, unworn, uninstalled, and unwashed

                         The lace is uncut and unaltered

                         The item is returned in its original packaging

                         The request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery

                         Clear photo or video proof is provided

 

Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

🚫 Custom wigs, colored wigs, braided wigs, and sale or discounted items are NOT eligible for exchange.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

 

If approved, we will offer:

                         A replacement, or

                         Store credit

 

Refunds are not issued for damaged or incorrect items.

 

Shipping Costs

                         Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

                         Original shipping fees are non-refundable

                         LuxeLoom Wigs is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
